Class Types
All classes at HAVEN are heated between 90–105 degrees with humidity levels ranging from 30–45%. A yoga mat is required for all classes, and a mat towel is strongly encouraged. Mats and towels are available to rent in-studio. Water is recommended for all class types. Refill station is on site, and bottled water is available for purchase.
