We’re so excited to welcome you to HAVEN. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit so we can give you a quick tour and help you get settled. Bring a yoga mat (a mat towel is highly recommended), wear clothing you can comfortably move and sweat in, and don’t forget some water.
*Glass water bottles are prohibited in the studio room.
If you need anything, we offer mat and towel rentals as well as beverages for purchase in our retail area. Lockers are provided for your personal belongings.

All classes at HAVEN are heated between 90-105 degrees depending on the class type. Practicing in a hot room adds challenge, raises your heart rate, boosts cardiovascular health, improves lung capacity, eases and aids flexibility, and is an amazing detox.
If at any point you need a break, take one! Come down to your mat, enjoy some water, and wait until you’re ready to continue. Staying in the heat is imperative so your body does not experience drastic temperature changes.

There is no late entry at HAVEN. Out of respect and safety for your fellow classmates and instructors, classes start on time. If you arrive late for your class, we would be happy to find a spot for you in the next class, if there are available spots. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

To maintain a focused and respectful environment, phone usage in class is strictly prohibited. Please keep phones on silent and, ideally, face down. Personal items can be stored safely in the lockers outside the studio.
Video recording is allowed only from the back row. We love seeing you share your practice, but recordings must avoid capturing other participants. If the back row is unavailable, filming is not permitted.

We welcome a wide range of participants at HAVEN, however, all attendees must be at least 16 years old. Anyone ages 16–17 must have a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver on their behalf during their first visit.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the start of class. Late cancellations will incur a $12 fee for all attendees and members.
If you do not show for your scheduled class, a $14 fee will be applied. This policy applies to all attendees, including members and class package holders.

At HAVEN, late entry as well as early exiting is not permitted. Out of respect to your fellow classmates, and your instructor, all students are expected to stay for the duration of their class. In the event of an emergency, please exit the room discreetly, and ask the front desk for assistance if needed.

If you have a Class Package, you can absolutely use one of your credits to bring a guest with you to class. Simply book a guest on our app after signing yourself up for class.
If you have our Premium Membership, you have 2 guest passes included each month!

Pausing Your Membership:
You can pause your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) and a maximum of 3 months (90 days). To do so, please email us at info@haven-lv.com or visit us in person with your desired start and end dates.
Cancelling Your Single Month Membership:
Single-month memberships are non-refundable; you will be charged for the full month. Contact us at info@haven-lv.com or in person to stop recurring payments. You will have access to your membership through the conclusion of the month.
Cancelling Your Recurring Membership:
We would hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel, contact us at info@haven-lv.com or in person. If you need to cancel before the end of your commitment period, you will be billed for the current month and a $35 early cancellation fee will apply.

Good question! Yes, single class credits and multi-class packs do expire.
Single Credit & 5-class Packs:
Expire 2 months after purchase.
10-class Pack:
Expires 4 months after purchase.
20-class Pack:
Expires 6 months after purchase.

Everyone is welcome at HAVEN! However, we are not medical professionals and cannot recommend you to or not to participate. If you have any questions, please discuss with your care provider.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist! If a spot opens, you will be automatically added to the class up to 90 minutes before the start time. After this 90-minute cutoff, you may add yourself via the app and/or still join the class in person if space is available.
You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time at no cost. If you are added to a class from the waitlist, we expect you to attend (late cancellation and no-show fees will apply).
*For early morning classes: note that cancellations may occur overnight. If you prefer not to be automatically added, please remove yourself from the waitlist before bedtime at no cost.
