This Privacy Policy describes how HAVEN STUDIOS LLC, doing business as HAVEN LAS VEGAS (“HAVEN”), collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our services, website, mobile applications, or booking platforms.

  • Payment information (processed securely via third-party providers)

  • Minor-related data for participants ages 16–17 with guardian consent

  • MarianaTek (booking and account management)

  • Stripe (payment processing)

  • MTek and Xplor Growth (email, SMS, and customer communications)

These providers access information only as necessary to perform their services and are required to protect your data.

4. MARKETING & MEDIA

HAVEN may capture photo or video content for marketing and promotional purposes, consistent with the Media Release contained in the Waiver. Participants may opt out by providing written notice prior to attendance.

5. COMMUNICATIONS & OPT-OUT

You may opt out of promotional emails or texts at any time using the unsubscribe link or instructions provided. Transactional communications related to your account or bookings may still be sent.

6. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security. Payment information is handled by secure third-party processors and is not stored directly by HAVEN.

7. MINORS’ PRIVACY

HAVEN does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. Data for minors aged 16–17 is collected only with parental or guardian consent.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@haven-lv.com, subject to legal and operational requirements.
