HAVEN LAS VEGAS – TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by HAVEN STUDIOS LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, doing business as HAVEN LAS VEGAS (“HAVEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to studio classes, memberships, workshops, retail purchases, website access, and mobile or web-based booking platforms.
By creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a membership or service, or otherwise using HAVEN’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account or participate in HAVEN activities. Participants ages 16–17 may participate only with an in-person parent or legal guardian waiver signed at the studio prior to participation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
2. SERVICES & PARTICIPATION
HAVEN offers fitness and wellness services including, but not limited to, hot yoga, mat Pilates, sculpt, HIIT, meditation, breathwork, private sessions, events, and workshops.
Participation in any physical activity requires execution of HAVEN’s Participant Agreement, Waiver of Liability, and Release, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Failure to sign the waiver will result in denial of participation.
3. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & FEES
Class bookings, cancellations, late cancellations, and no-shows are subject to HAVEN’s posted studio policies and fee schedule, as outlined in the Waiver and studio materials. Policies may be updated from time to time.
HAVEN reserves the right to enforce all cancellation, late-cancel, and no-show fees as disclosed at the time of booking.
4. MEMBERSHIPS & BILLING
Memberships automatically renew on a recurring basis unless properly canceled. By purchasing a membership, you authorize HAVEN to charge your payment method on file in accordance with your selected membership terms.
Cancellation requests become effective once processed. Billing, refunds (or lack thereof), commitment terms, early cancellation fees, and pause policies are governed by the Membership Pause & Cancellation Policy contained in the Waiver.
5. COMMUNICATIONS
By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from HAVEN via email and text message, including class updates, marketing messages, and service announcements. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.
6. STUDIO CONDUCT & ENFORCEMENT
You agree to comply with all HAVEN studio policies, rules of conduct, instructor guidance, and safety protocols.
HAVEN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, deny entry, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of policies, safety concerns, disruptive behavior, misuse of services, or conduct that negatively impacts others. Such action may occur without refund.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HAVEN is not responsible for technical errors, booking platform interruptions, scheduling changes, or service disruptions caused by third-party systems, internet outages, or software issues.
Participation in physical activities is subject to the terms of the Waiver, which governs liability related to injury, illness, or death.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of HAVEN services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
10. MODIFICATIONS
HAVEN may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
